The Unlimited Session Membership is designed to give you unlimited access to all sessions at The Den Canberra. As a complement to your group training, you can use the full gym facilities outside of scheduled sessions. This allows you to compliment your group training programs with your own training.

Payments are processed through direct debit on a weekly or fortnightly basis. You can cancel your membership anytime with a 2-week notice period. Additionally, there is a minimum suspension period of 10 days and a maximum of 3 months per year.

10 SESSION PASS

Great value for those who want the flexibility to join classes as you want.

10 Session Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Not transferable to another person’s membership. If members wish to do "double sessions' (back-to-back) they are required to pay for both sessions.

FIT FOR TEENS

Our Teens Weekly Unlimited Membership is designed for teens aged 13-17. This membership is perfect for young athletes or teens just starting their fitness journey. They’ll gain access to a safe, supportive, and professionally coached environment where they can train alongside parents and peers. This isn’t just about exercise—it’s about building a solid foundation for lifelong health, confidence, and resilience.

$26.50 per week. Weekday access from 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM only (no 5.45am session), Saturday access 7:45 AM only. Full access during school holidays.

CASUAL VISIT

Join in on sessions on a pay as you go basis.

Casual visits are $35 and payment can be made at reception via via cash, MasterCard or Visa.

PERSONALISED GROUP SESSIONS

\We cater for groups of 15+ for tailored group sessions. The Den has perfect facilities and session designs for either team conditioning needs, wet weather options and/ or business 'Team Work' sessions. Sessions can be personalised and delivered at a time convenient to your groups schedule and prices are negotiable. This, coupled with the EQ Café and function rooms, makes the Equinox Business Park a great venue for businesses and sporting teams alike. Great for team building, sports teams and corporate groups.
