About

Ten years of the pack

The Den opened in January 2016 at Equinox Business Park in Deakin with one idea: high-intensity training anybody can do and nobody gets hurt doing. Ten years on, the flagship 20/10 session, 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, still fills the 5am slots, and some of the members from that first month are still on the floor.

Sessions run in pairs and small groups. Coaches adjust for injury, illness and fitness level. The pack notices when you don't show up. That is not a slogan, it is how the room works.

Stability. Mobility. Conditioning. Since 2016.

A busy session on the main training floor

Arrived in Canberra yesterday and had a look around for gym and found this diamond in the rough. Part of the wolf pack now.

What we are not

Not a 24-hour swipe-card floor with nobody on it. Not a franchise running someone else's program off a screen. Not a place where the coach learns your name in month four.

There is no pool and no sauna. There is a gym, a lot of equipment, and a coach in every session.

you work in teams which are inclusive and encouraging
