What our website collects and what we do with it. Updated October 2026.

When you book a free trial or ask about a gift voucher

The free trial form asks for your name, email, mobile, postcode and age group, whether you work in the fitness industry, whether you are interested in personal training, and anything else you choose to tell us. The gift voucher form asks for your name, email, an optional mobile, which voucher you want and who it is for.

We use those details to book your trial or sort out your voucher, and to get in touch about it. Nothing else. We don't sell or share them.

Both forms reach our inbox by email through Formspree, a form service based in the United States, which keeps a copy of each enquiry as part of delivering it.

What the site measures

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, what device they are on and roughly which city they are in. It doesn't tell us who you are. When a trial booking goes through, it counts that a booking happened, without your details.

The map on our contact page loads from Google.

Turning it off

• Google Analytics: install Google's opt-out add-on for your browser, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Any website: your browser settings can block cookies.
